Challenge: Evaluate the defection of a product in which they were thinking of investing. See how likely it is that customers of that product will leave it for another on the market.


Scientia Solution: Facilitation of conversations with four clients of the platform, including both the decision makers who purchased the product and those who selected the platform. The objective was to understand the perception of the product in terms of competitiveness, effectiveness and novelty in the market to see what made them choose that product over others and understand how likely it is that they will stop using that product.
